Lysor ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Lysor platform at lysor.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. By using Lysor, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), and business details you provide during onboarding (business name, industry, website, brand description).
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly.
  • Meta Account Data: When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, we access your ad accounts, Facebook Pages, and Instagram business accounts to manage ads on your behalf. We store access tokens securely.
  • Campaign Data: Ad copy, images, videos, targeting preferences, and campaign performance data created within the platform.
  • Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Lysor platform.
  • To generate AI-powered ad copy and creative recommendations tailored to your business.
  • To create and manage Meta ad campaigns on your behalf.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (password resets, subscription confirmations).
  • To provide customer support.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic: AI services for generating ad copy.
  • fal.ai: AI image and video generation.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Ad management via the Meta Marketing API. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel: Hosting and deployment infrastructure.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored securely in our database with row-level security policies. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Disconnect your Meta account at any time through Settings.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.
