1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lysor platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Lysor is operated by Lysor ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
Lysor is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The Service includes AI-generated ad copy, image and video creative tools, campaign management, and analytics features.
3. User Accounts
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Meta's advertising policies.
- Ensure your ad content is truthful, not misleading, and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
- Maintain appropriate permissions for any content, images, or trademarks used in your ads.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
- New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
- After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Ad spend on Meta is billed separately by Meta and is not included in Lysor subscription fees.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Lysor.
- Ad content you create using the Service (copy, images, videos) belongs to you.
- AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all ad content before publishing.
- You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lysor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
